Take Zyban by mouth two times a day, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole and not chewed, crushed or divided.
Zyban is not to be taken within 14 days of monoamine oxidase inhibitors. Talk to your doctor before taking the medication if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant or breastfeeding. While it is not expected to be harmful to the unborn child, its effects on a breastfeeding infant are not known.
